Hi there,
I received a letter from LCSO a few days ago. Knowing that the previous tenant was useless and probably never paid their bills, a letter like the one I got wasn't unexpected.
However, I cleverly decided to fill out their online form. Was this a mistake? What can I do from here? What can I expect? I don't want to have them throw bill charges onto me when I've dutifully paid all my bills.
