There would need to be a County Court Judgement against them at your address before the bailiffs could come round. The court would send a letter before that happened, and in any case, bailiffs can't generally force their way into your home unless you have let them in willingly on a previous occasion. So you have nothing to worry about by ignoring this letter. I would reiterate my previous point that you should not give LCS your details as this will just allow them to harass you in the hope that you will get fed up and pay them.
