LCS Letter

HELP!!!
Letter from this LCS mob turned up today, demanding payment for unpaid electricity bill on an indistrial unit, in a town I wouldn't even know how to find, from Eon electricity, who I've never even had a supply from..........anywhere...........anytime.
What on earth is happening?
Why have I got this?
And what should I do?

if it doesnt have your name on mate, ignore it...
but if you get bored of them sending you letters, call them up and tell them its not you and you have no connection to the supply address... your property wont get blacklisted...promise. they dont have the power to do that...

rip it up
